Garden Ops Errors

I was really excited about Garden Warfare was first announced, so I immediately got it when it came out for PS4. The Multiplayer is working totally fine for me. I'm able to easily connect to games and play them with very little (if any) lag. My problem is with Garden Ops.

Whenever I do a Custom Search (Set to Any Map, Any Difficulty), it searches for a game and always finds one. It shows the lobby for that game and the "Found a really great server! Please wait while joining..." Joining Server message. EVERY TIME, I get kicked back to the Garden Ops Menu with an Error that says "Unable to join a session. Please check your network connection and try again." And it's especially annoying because I know my connection is fine. I was sometimes able to get around it by creating my own match instead, but now I'm starting to get the "Unable to join a session" message while creating MY OWN GAMES of Garden Ops, which is ridiculous.

I'm hoping someone will have a solution so I can get to play this mode in the game. It's really frustrating not being able to play this part of the game.

    Same problem, but sometimes this happens to me in mulitplayer too. (not much, but just a few times which can be annoying)

    Also a question: When you get that error, can you still join other servers on multiplayer? Because when I get the error code, I have to restart my PS4 in order to be able to play (connect to a server) again.

    I've had times where I try to get into Garden Ops games at least a dozen times, then I end up having to give up and go play Multiplayer. So the Error with Garden Ops doesn't seem to effect other parts of the game.

    You have to add your ps4 ip adress to the DMZ function of your router in the router setttings.

    I've looked around the Router settings I have, but I'm struggling to find anything about DMZ.

    Under the "Firewall Settings" for my Router, there is an option that's DMZ Host. I click on that, then there's a drop down menu and one of the options is the IP Address for my PS4. Do I select that, then click Enable? And will that have any effect on any other computers or anything on this network?

    If only the ps4 address is in there, it will only effect the ps4. After that setting, nothing can disturb the internet connection to your ps4.

    Well, there were other things in the drop-down menu I could select. But only one thing can be picked at a time.

    I 've been having to put up with this problem as well, but I could always start my own session. Problem was I'd wait endlessly for anyone to join ☹️  As of today, 8/30/14, this game seems to have learned a new 'trick' to further aggravate me--- This seems to only affect the Pea Shooter...the controls went wonky on the controller all of a sudden. The fire button would not respond, If I press triangle (ps4) the peashooter would go into pea gatling mode, but I couldn't control the fire..it would keep firing until it ran out of ammo. When I pot a plant, it will fire once from it's cannon afterwards. To this I've tried closing the game app, rebooting the ps4, and recalibrating/resetting the controller-- with no success.  I've only rented this game with intent to buy, but these unfortunate unresolved and worsening issues have got me frustrated....a shame...I really enjoy playing garden ops mode...
