Garden Ops split screen and online

How do you do split screen and online with another split screen friends (so my game split screen and friends game split screen) garden ops? You can do it in Garden Warfare 2 but I couldn’t find out how to do it in Battle for neighborville. Thanks

  • @ArcticPandaPopz  Can I ask what platform you are playing on? PS4 or Xbox console? Both of your consoles must be the same or you will be unable to play together due to lack of cross play.

Try doing this: get yourself into split screen and get your friends to enter split screen. Then, after both of you are in split-screen, invite your friends into a party, then invite them to the game. All of you should combine if you do this. Then, you are free to go to a free-roam region and play Ops there together, or you can head into the Portal and play Ops together that way.

@TheSprinter85 It doesn't work sadly. When I tired split screening, with my brother, the fps was bad but was manageable and worked, however when another friend tried to join me in split-screen it wouldn' allow him, cuz obviously I was in split-screen.

Thanks. That sucks because it’s the reason I brought the game because how much we enjoyed it in Garden Warfare 2. Weird you think a follow up game would at least have the same features or improved but not taken away. But it is EA afterall. Thanks for the help.

Wow, I did not know that. I would have assumed that you would be able to do Ops with two groups of split-screeners. It turns out that I was wrong. I play on Xbox One as well, and with my brother, it works fine when we go to play Ops together. I did not think that you wouldn't be able to host two groups of split-screeners. It makes sense to me - this is another thing that should be looked at!

@ArcticPandaPopz  I'm sorry about that, and I am glad that I could help you! 🙂

@Shadowphinx101  Thanks for letting me know! I thought that you were able to do Ops with two set of split-screeners. 🙂
