Garden Variety Pack will not download

Start the download, goes almost instantly form 1% to 98%..Stops at 99%, sits for a minute then goes back to 0% and starts all over.  Does this in an infinite loop.  Any ideas?

    Kind of bad considering i just bought the game n cant even play it

    Just kept trying.  It now seems to be working.  At 73% and still downloading.  It's taken a long time like it should.

    Yeh man, i just bought the game TODAY and its doing the exact same thing....

    Just purchased this game for my son, who's been saving for weeks. Can't even play it. Very disappointed. 

    It get's to 99% and crashes.

    Well, deleting the data and installing outside of the game is useless.

    im kinda really sad now cause i was excited when i got this game and now i cant even play thanks to this dlc and i might just give up on the game and just go return it to get something i can play i really wanted to play this but if nothing happens i got to do the right thing

    i dont think thats the problem amigo i just think it has something to do with the dlc

    We are having the same problem, just bought the game, and can't play
