Garden Variety Pack will not download
Start the download, goes almost instantly form 1% to 98%..Stops at 99%, sits for a minute then goes back to 0% and starts all over. Does this in an infinite loop. Any ideas?

My son purchased this for his birthday update needed gets to 98% then goes back to 0% can't play the game without it! I now have one unhappy birthday boy not impressed ☹️
