It would be nice if E.A. could answer and at least let us know , they tryd fobbing me of with my hard drive is not big enough and i have 184 gig free and a very unhappy son ,customer support is shocking ! we bought the game first thing before he went to school and had the issue then and its still going on with no E.A. response, any updates E.A.????????????????????????
agree, support from EA is embarrassing. DISGRACEFUL

Customer Service isnt on the game team/might not be aware of each issue which is occuring. Rest assured the team is trying to resolve the issue currently

I now have the same problem. If EA are aware of the problem, they why continue to offer the install ? Excuse my ignorance but surely EA should pull the install until they habve got it working ? We are now stuck with a game we cannot play. How will we know when this has been sorted ? EA the measure of a company is how they deal with things when they go wrong.
