RoofMeisterZ it depends on what you are using to play on. If you are on a laptop you and don't the required minimum graphics card it won't work. I'm using an Asus ROG g750jm. It has both an Intel gpu and an nvidia gpu. If you have the minimum required gpu right click on the desktop. Go to nvidia control panel then down to the manage 3D settings tab. From there switch both global and program settings from whatever it's at to high performance nvidia processer and hit apply. (make sure in the program settings tab you choose PvZ garden warfare 2) hope that helps

I have the same problem, tried to change the 3D options, but it is not working.

Can you confirm that you've tried the steps in here - http://help.ea.com/sg/article/how-to-enable-your-nvidia-optimus-graphics-card/
So far every time I've seen this Intel error it's been because the correct graphics card isn't being used. The laptop is trying to use the onboard chip which isn't good enough to run the game.
