To get a text chatbox, we need to continue to pressure EA.
Turn off Vsync for 120 fps. But at the current stage, where everyone has stuttering issues, you will never get your 120 fps.
For voice chat, you're gonna have to work with a third-party program for now
EA has once again (surprise!) failed to deliver the promise that this isn't just a port.
I get an absolute constant 120 fps with GTX 780 and i7 4770k @ 4.4, everything on Ultra and also all settings maxed out in Nvidia Control Panel. Zero stutter. With my second PC, with R9 280 and Phenom II 1100T stock, there's no stutter, not sure on fps since I don't monitor it.

thats great dude, but we aren't talking about being able to achieve 120 fps. the OP is talking about how there are no framerate options in the config or in game menu.

Here is some more stuff I was testing last night. I will never be able to confirm is all of this stuff is doing anything. Some of it I'm pretty sure isn't.
I'm still in "testing / guessing" mode here guys so don't throw to many stones at me.
I'm posting just to give you some things to play with / test with if you want to. Change them to whatever you want.

Save it as "user.cfg"
You cannot have user.cfg.txt enable "View Extentions" from Folder Options in Control Panel
Put it in your PvZ directory
\\Origin Games\Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare

PROF_SAVE_profile in
C:\Users\<user>\Documents\PVZ Garden Warfare\settings
Compared to BF4 it has lots fewer options... been experimenting and I'm pretty sure you can copy-post things from BF4's PROFILE into here and some might work. (Like Scale)
