glitch on daily special packs
So this has now happened twice. I have purchased the daily special card packs on two occasions and it’s given me 5 of the same card in one pack. I have emailed support and thy told me to post this iss...

THIS IS NOT A GLITCH (you just didn't look at the contents before you purchased them)
literally, at the top of the list of pack contents for these two packs is a line that says
**GUARANTEED**
and then shows 3 copies of each of those cards, in the respective packs
due to the odds of drawing UNCOMMON cards on the 4th and 5th draw, there is a ~90% chance of getting 4 copies of those cards and a ~70% chance of obtaining 5 copies of those cards (in each of those packs respectively)
- Well the person I contacted at support was saying it was a glitch and needed reporting here. Pretty sure packs shouldn’t be awarding you 5 of the same cards though, not when the limit is only 4. If there isn’t something written into the game to say this already then there should be as this was a complete waste of 200 gems imo

clearly you did not. I wish I had a screenshot of the pack contents to show you, but it is in bold writing at the top of the page that you get 3 copies of that card. And since it is the only uncommon card available in the pack, here is how it works
You get 3 uncommons and one rare. Guaranteed arrangment of the first 4 cards
(that's 3 Bucketheads and 1 Random Rare)
The fifth card has 10% chance to be a legendary & 90% chance to be uncommon (Buckethead again)
Then sixth card has 30 % chance to be Super Rare/Event (same rarity) & 70% chance to be uncommon (Buckethead again)
