Gnome's Land and 54 Gnomes Location- Secret in game

The gnome door won't open and on my 21st gnome it says I've already collected it on the map Colizeum but it still says I didn't collect it in the chamber of gnomes for swagaton73's account. By the way swagaton73's account is on the same PS4.

    OMG the number of people who've had this problem is just disgusting.  I'd be so angry if I'd spent the hours collecting all these things to get nothing in return.
