Gold gnomes.

I'm trying to get the gold gnomes in great white north, but the only mode i can do it in is gardens and graveyards which require me to defend a point but i can't go off and get a gnome because i go out of area,

is it broken since last patch because i have done it before, where there was a capture a point and got on to the next one, but it's a defend one now and can't get the gnomes.
