A Hacker maxed all my characters in gw2

Me and my friends recently bought GW2 on PC and when we played a mp match a Hacker mastered all. our characters locking us out of getting character upgrades and getting money through masteries.

Ea support already told us they cant revert the changes or reset account progress. 

I heard that many Players and streamers on PC have the same issue and i dont really know what to do.

    Me and two friends had the same problem and tried to get help via the ea chat. Some agents from the chat told us that our accounts were hacked and some of them told us that its just a game bug. We now complained for three days but still nothing changed

    fr I renewed the ticket 3 times and always got one liners untill i was told to write it here
