Got banned from PVZ GW2 but i dont know why i did

I bought this game a month ago after playing for years on a PS4 but within the first few weeks i got banned for no reason.  I contacted them and they did respond saying no action was taken. I am that bothered about being banned but i just want to know why. they did say cheating in there response but what kind.
