Graveyard Ops Challenges - Zombie Town Center!

Hi ya everyone,

I am going to give my own personal tips for completing the Graveyard Ops quests successfully in Zombie Town Center. The Ops is located in Pressure Pier inside the lighthouse. My guide here will include the characters you must complete Ops as for your rewards, general surviving tips, and in which way you should use your characters' abilities. Rewards you can get by doing these Ops challenges include Ops and Tacos, which you earn by completing the Ops as 3 specific characters. There is also a medal located in Zombie Town Center where you need to complete a full game of Ops without being vanquished, which I will also cover. You will need to complete Ops as the following characters, just note I didn't necessarily put them in order: Space Cadet, Electric Slide and 80s Action Hero. If you complete the Ops as these characters, talk to Monkey at the Ops base and he will give you your rewards.

Completing the Ops

To get your rewards, you will need to complete Ops as 3 specific and different characters, which are Space Cadet, Electric Slide and 80s Action Hero (not in order). Talk to Monkey (the Foot Solider with the Monkey Bangers legendary hat equipped located at the Ops base) to find out which character you need to play as first, and go as that character. Repeat that 2 more times and then talk to him again, and you should receive your rewards. Just note that you are able to complete Graveyard Ops at any time and with any character, a limitless amount of times. But if you do, you will not receive any other bonus rewards apart from XP, prize bulbs and coins you earn normally.

General Ops Tips

Use your Bots to your advantage, by considering which ones you use and the location of them. For example, the Dr. Heals might be best placed near your Graveyard so you gain constant overtime healing, or placed at the back of the lighthouse so it's less likely to be vanquished and you can use it when you need the healing. You wouldn't want to place really far from the Graveyard and where the Plants will just spawn and vanquish it. You may also want to place an Electro Bot and Melee Bots near the Graveyard. But you could place other ranged ones away from the Graveyard to vanquish some of the enemies before they even get close to your Graveyard.

Stay near your Graveyard when possible so you have a much easier time defending your Graveyard and Bots. However, at the start of a wave, going out and vanquishing some enemies before heading back may prove useful because you'll have less enemies in your way later in the wave.

Use your character attacks and abilities to your advantage, and do not be afraid to use them. Try not to get vanquished either. If you do, it could cost you the game of Ops. If you are trying to complete your challenges, talk to Monkey and see which character he wants you to play as, then play as that character.

Trying Not to Get Vanquished During Ops for the Medal

  • Use Dr. Heals to your advantage, place it near your Graveyard or where it is less likely to be vanquished. This will reduce your chances of being vanquished. Just note there is a cooldown before you can place down another one. Consider your location as well.
  • Monitor your health closely and retreat if necessary.
  • Keep away from the map's edge or you could be insta-killed.
  • Use bots to your advantage, they will help defend the Graveyard even if you are healing.
  • Consider upgrades that improve your survivability.

Completing it as Electric Slide!

  • Use your Primary attack against clustered enemies, including if clustering around your Graveyard. If there are no clustered enemies, use it against enemies approaching the Graveyard.
  • Use Funky Bouncer to stall, pushing them away, including from the Graveyard.
  • Use Outta Fight! to move around or to retreat to get to healing.
  • Use Disco Tornado to damage clustered or high-health enemies, especially if near your Graveyard.

Completing it as 80s Action Hero!

  • Use your Primary if there are a bunch of enemies around. You can get many tags on them this way.
  • Charge up your Primary attack if there are no enemies particularly close to you or your Graveyard, it gives you time to land a big hit on an enemy that approaches and helps control the crowd a bit.
  • Use your Dynamite Dodge to move away from enemies, move closer to enemies, or damage enemies piling around the Graveyard.
  • Use your Rocket Ride to damage enemies piling around your Graveyard or that are clustered.
  • Use your Can't Missile on enemies you have tagged the most or that have lots of health, such as bosses.

Completing it as Space Cadet!

  • Use Space Cadet if you want homing and mobility.
  • Use Space Station if you want lots of health and triple burst fire.
  • Use Gravity Smash to move away or toward enemies, and to possibly deal damage to them.
  • Use Big Bang Beam to get clear shots on enemies with big hitboxes.
  • Use Crater Maker to deal lots of damage to slow-moving, high health enemies, most notably bosses. It is also useful for damaging lots of enemies piling on your Graveyard.
  • Use Space Force to get your Crater Maker back faster, attack faster, move faster, and to get some other boosts.

So, what should you remember most notably from all these tips? Consider the bots that you place and where you decide to place them, consider which situations are best to use your abilities in and remember you have the option to retreat if your health gets low to avoid being vanquished and possibly losing. By doing that, you should earn the medal and your rewards. Just remember to talk to Monkey after completing your challenges to get your rewards!

Well, I hope that this guide was helpful and everything! Bye now!

Regards
