Green shadow is worst hero of all.
I think only pay2win winter build works on him but so far every other build have not give winrate above 50%.
He also have worst hero spells in this game.

@jaydabbler what are you running? I've tried growth with him, but just can't get as great of results as CC. So my growth/tempo is a CC deck.
Ok i forgot I do have a bit of freeze in the deck.
