greyed out in My Games?
Dear Sir or Madam:
NOTE: this applies to two accounts:

I pre-ordered copies of the Digital Deluxe version of Plants vs. Zombies on 4/19/14 for each of the two accounts shown.
Currently, for both accounts, the game is greyed out in 'My Games'. Also, for both accounts, the 'Order History' shows the game status as Processing even though the game itself indicates that it was released on June 24, 2014.
Please advise.
