I'm on Xbox & still find full lobbies every day. Matchmaking has been off in GW for over 24 hours. GW2 (which also still has plenty of players) matchmaking isn't working properly either in my region Europe, but I have been able to join American games with full lobbies & without any problems. I don't know if the two games are suffering the exact same issue? Unfortunately you can't select region for GW1 so this can't be used as a temporary workaround to play.
Would appreciate EA investigating & fixing whatever server issues are going on for both games
Can confirm that American GW1 servers are still active with matches being held on Gardens and Graveyards.
I’m an Xbox One player too, and i also do have problems queuing up on lobbies in Gw1. It throws the same errors: “Your match doesn’t meet the current Criteria, please try again” Or “Unable to connect to a session, please check your connection and try again.” Everyone on my friends list is experiencing the problem. We need to spread the word so that EA could do anything. That’s the only option we have.
