Gw2 crashing

I recently downloaded gw2 on my laptop that has only 4GB of RAM, processor =1.10GHz and plenty of left storage space. But every time when i open the game, it crashes after the intro or crashes immediately. I asked ChatGPT for help and it said it's still possible to play and did showed me lot of ways. I tried them all and they all didn't work unfortunately.
