GW2 won't open

I recently bought pvz GW2 and I can't start the game, i bought it on steam and later on EA App and nothing, when I try to open it, the splash screen stays a few seconds and then sends me back to the ea app without the game. I tried it on my other pc and happens the same, I tried changing the install folder and does the same, also tried reinstalling it on ea anticheat and does nothing, finally I tried downloading origin and doesn't even let me use it, says error code 20403. If someone It's experiencing the same tell me or help me, I can not resolve this problem by my own after all the things I tried.
