Happening To Anyone Else?

Somseitmes after I get on a vanquish streak, my character will go into this sort've limbo state. It's as if I am dead, but I am able to shoot and have not been informed that anything killed me! As a matter pof fact a few times I know nothing was near me to be able to  kill me when this happened.  

Twice now after choosing respawn to get out of the "glitch", I've come back and for the duration of the game had 0 health! 

Anyone else?

    Luckily, this has nothing to do with vanquish streaks; this is a rare bug, and it happens when your drone runs out of fuel/it dies. It doesn't transition back to your character correctly and leaves you there only displaying 0 health, but not really due to your screen not pulsating like it would normally.
