This could be just a random person that changed their name to include “dev” in it, as for the cheating, I have seen screenshots of the “arial bombardment” attack before before in a discord server and it’s likely the person used some sort of hacking tool to get the attack. I’m 99% sure that it’s not a dev (I don’t think they even play their own game) and it’s just a hacker that changes their name
