Have enterd my password on the welcome back screen wont let me play game
I have my email and password and got welcome back screen and clicked on next won't come off or let me play game

Hi, we're having this problem to. Tried to log on using our main (adult) account and still cannot get on. Really would like to know if there îs a solution. My 8 yr old is gutted.
