i didn’t received stars for winning (PvZ Hereos)

i won some ranked matches,it was my last match to rank 40,I won the match and i didn’t recieve the star, then i lost and i had 3/5 stars to rank 40

now i have lost some matches,i am still at 3/5,i played another match and the opponent disconnected,and again i didn’ recieve the star.
