Have not received the summer upgrade still and already contacted EA and PSN

i have has this same problem, and no one has knows how to help me. I just get the run around. I got Sony to give me a refund on it. I still want the pack but I am afraid to re-buy it😬

Still have no answer i already had it refunded once and then re brought it now im not looking for a refund cause i want the items so as long as i have proof of my purchase im entitled to the items.

I am really sorry for this issue with the game. Can you tell us, if your main game is a digital download version or a physical disc version? Were you able to use any other Digital content with your account on this console?

@EA_Archi I still have not received any updates or messages from anybody else regarding the problem. I have been really patient with this but it's starting to become very annoying and making me worried that my problem was just tossed to the side. Any updates would just be appreciated.

Can any mods please reply or update me on my problem its getting very aggravating
