HELP- game won't play- get the message "a game update is available to download"

when I say YES to download it says "there are no items to purchase at this time", PLEASE HELP, can't start a game.

On xbox 360, keep pressing confirm update
Several times, after the eight time or more tried it will start loading, a window will show up, go to confirm purchase press on then your active download window will come up when it done go to my games and click on the game hope this works for you.

Is this an EA issue or an Xbox Live issue?

I believe it is an EA issue. You can not enter Garden Ops, Multiplayer, sticker shop or any other menu item without being asked to download the update. When you say "yes", a screen pops up saying no items available for download.

Yes- exactly, this is so frustrating...we've checked everything, including storage space, etc.

Tried 28 times. Still same message. Ugh
