HELP ME PLZ!! Problem with Intel Driver update

Hi

My name is Karn . And I have a problem with Intel Driver update version on my PC, when I launched the game by ORIGIN.

I have attached file as picture , too.

What I have done ??:

- restart origin after finish installation

- I have updated Intel Driver Version to 15.40.14.4352 already.

What should I do for now ?

Could you give me an advise ?? Thanks a lot for your answer.

  • You are most likely seeing that message because your laptop is trying to run the game on the very slow Intel graphics card in your computer instead of your 980M. You should make sure your power settings are set to performance and look in your Nvidia settings to make sure the game is run using the graphics card.

That being said, it's always a good idea to have the latest drivers. Intel driver can be found here: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html and also make sure to have the latest Nvidia driver for your graphics card directly from Nvidia's homepage 🙂

    Hi Andy,

this is my PC spec :

    with NVDIA GEFORCE 980M

I think , it is enough for this game .

Until now I can play every game but this game can't  be launched.

Can you suggest me another way to solve this problem ?

What worked for me is I went to origin and clicked repair game and update game and then I was able to move.
