There does not appear to be any ports specific to this game on XB1.
You already have some of the ports. here are some more:
http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/networking/network-ports-used-xbox-live
http://help.ea.com/uk/article/losing-connection-to-ea-servers/
There has to be some EA specific ports used for network communication, due to when you startup the game a screen states that the game communicates with EA servers. So there are most likely some ports we are missing that the community may need to resolve our connection issues.
Unfortunately It's been a while since I've tracked outgoing and incoming/outgoing ports on network equipment, It would be much easier if the developers to just published the ports, as they should have access in the code. Even a game as simple as Minecraft uses ports for Network connections for the multiplayer aspects of the game.
I have already opened the ports for the PC Version of PvZ GW and that did not resolve the issue. (Again they are the PC Ports)
Just so you know what ports those are:
UDP: 3659
UDP: 49152 – 65535
Again if someone can look into this, we may be able to nip this connection issue in the behind and say Adios.
Thanks!

The required ports are listed in the articles I linked above. As you can see they are different from the PC specific ports.
From the Xbox article:
Xbox Live requires the following ports to be open:
- Port 88 (UDP)
- Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
- Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
- Port 80 (TCP)
- Port 500 (UDP)
- Port 3544 (UDP)
- Port 4500 (UDP)
If you're connected to a network through your workplace or school, ask the network administrator to open these ports.
From the Origin article:
There are a few steps to take that may improve your NAT Type.
- First, make sure you have the following ports open:
- TCP: 80; 3074; 53
- UDP: 88; 3074; 53

I understand that the following is required for Xbox Live:
- Port 88 (UDP)
- Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
- Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
- Port 80 (TCP)
- Port 500 (UDP)
- Port 3544 (UDP)
- Port 4500 (UDP)
Those are all required to use Xbox Live, it has nothing to do with any of the other games that operate on the Xbox other than to make sure the Xbox Live Services work with them.
These:
- First, make sure you have the following ports open:
- TCP: 80; 3074; 53
- UDP: 88; 3074; 53
Are generally required for web login services most companies use for authentication servers, Port 80 HTTP, 53 is DNS, 3074 is the Xbox Live Game port (Required for all games). Now for multiplayer games like Destiny you also need the following TCP ports open (Xbox Specific):
- TCP: 7500-17899, 30000-40399, 1001,1200
- UDP: 1001, 1200
Those ports are required to communicate with the Bungie servers that run the multiplayer portion of the game. Without those extra ports open NAT sometimes gets confused and cause you to drop connections or be unable to log-in.
What I am looking for is those extra ports that are EA specific, that would most likely solve some of the network connectivity issues with the EA servers. Even games like Diablo have those extra ports posted so your connection can be improved.

For testing purposes can I ask that you power cycle your router and connect to it directly with a cable as I suspect your disconnecting issue may not be port related. Please do this and report back on how this works for you, thanks.
