hey glitching mouse problem

hey people whenever im in a game my mouse will glitch it wont be smooth is there any fix to this

    Does changing to Windowed Fullscreen instead of Fullscreen make a difference?

    Do you have a second mouse (even if it's poor quality) to test with to confirm wether it's the game/computer or the mouse?

    If it appears to be mouse, I'd try killing off all the drivers and let windows load default ones.

    If it seems to be related to the computer and not the mouse, perhaps try reseting 3D properties on your GPU (Catalyst for AMD or nVidia Control Panel).

    Turn Vsync off.. doubt it would cause issues that bad though.. it's known for input lag though to describe it as twitching.

    Not enough information.  A "glitch" is undefined behavior, same as various other vague terms, so an actual description is going to be required.  .

    whenever i try to move my mouse it will like twitch out
