I feel both Citron and Corn feels fine, but they could perhaps use a small tweak.
Maybe boost the hp of Citrons shield ability a little, 10-20%? I think it is too easy to remove with certain classes (I play mostly Zombie because game most often puts me in zombie teams).
Corn is much harder to suggest any changes for, because in the hands of a skilled player who can effectively use his abilities Corn is really strong character.
However I sometimes feel his main attack is a little inaccurate and has slower bullet velocity. Those are not super important points though because his cornguns seem more intended for short to medium range engagements anyway. His rate of fire and damage are in a balanced place compared to Solider variants. I think Corn has more rate of fire but the Soldier has better accuracy and can go for head shots or long range engagements more easy. With Corn I feel I have to aim for the targets center of mass and can rarely go for the heads.

Citron is very underpowered, like imp.
It's useless character.

I'm guessing you're implaying Kernel Corn and Citron are underpowered in PVP.
Due to the current meta I'm finding more and more matches populated with Super Brainz, Engineer and Scientist strictly to counter Rose. In this scenario Corn and Citron feel a bit underwhelming, but in a more varied match I don't see them as under powered vs. under utilized. A lot of players don't really know how to play certain classes as effectively as they could. So far I'm pretty bad with Chomper but decent w/Foot Soldier and Kernel Corn.
I wish Kernel Corn was slightly faster but that's just me, otherwise all his abilities are solid.
I haven't played Citron enough to really gauge how bad I am with him vs. how balanced he is in both pvp and pve.
In PVE, Kernel Corn is crazy good. I have mob corn right now and I am literally shredding waves of zombies in Garden Ops...not so much as Citron, but he's best w/a partner or group. Teamwork is encouraged in this game and when it happens the results are incredible.
Don't play Citron, but for Kenel corn:
for me, he got 2 problems,
the damage on his weapon is too low for a close quarter class (in comparaison to the foot soldier);
and the most boring thing is the placement of those weapons in regard to his body, they are too low, and when there is something in front of you, you can't hit your target, but in this situation, the foot soldier can hit the target.

I love citron! I have citron master and I can easily say he is perfect where he is. Citron is supposed to be an in your face and disruptive defender/attacker. Frozen citron is also an in your face character but his slower damage rate means you means you need to be a little more accurate than regular citron. Electric Citron is the long range multi-kill master. Just set up camp medium to long ranger from the enemy and keep charging up those power shots. As for the other citrons I don't know I haven't unlocked them.

"I bet those who are really good, don't feel the characters are under powered, and I bet those who aren't all that good with them, feel they are under powered. My suggestion, would be to adjust your play style with them to find out what works, or, try a different character that may inherently fit your play style better."
You're exactly right. Both characters are overpowered when I'm getting killed by them, and underpowered when I'm getting killed as them. I need to practice more!

Just remember what happened to Rose and Imp.
In the beta they were both for the most part pretty balanced, Imp only seemed overpowered because there were ten of them every other game and Rose seemed underpowered because people didn't know how to play her. Everyone complained and the were wrongly balanced, honestly I feel that Citron is just fine and Kernel Corn is pretty well balanced too, I don't want to see the same mistake happen again.

Both Citron and Corn seem appropriate powered to me.
What xcrimsonlegendx said.
Let's not do anymore tweaks until we can see what the game looks like in a world without OP Rose. The Rose balance is so egregious that it completely overshadows all other classes and makes them look bad. I have a sneaking feeling that when Rose gets nerfed that Citron will become a go-to character. Just getting my * kicked by 1 or 2 CRAAAAZY Citrons in GraveyardOps has me wondering if he's actually quite strong (but under-represented currently). THE WORSE THING THEY COULD DO IS BUFF ANOTHER CLASS THAT DIDN'T NEED IT. After the Rose fix the gameplay will normalize and they can start collecting accurate data on player usage, K/D ratios, and DPS chart comparisons and then they can start having those discussions.- I 110 % agree with you.
