I was aware of the welcome mat help, but, my friend has his theory. He is one of the better players on GW2, so, it's not what you think. He is one of most accurate shooters I've ever played with.
Just because someone is good or is accurate doesn't mean the person knows everything.
Simply put, the theory is the first time I hear and if this would be true, it would pretty much be known because that would be super obvious.
