How can i report a cheater on PvZ hero

On diamond league today Found this dude, Third turn he plays a card that gives him 30 brains regain full health and draws more cards, couldn't take a picture sooner, I just conceded defeat immediately. I don't know how to report this. Hope this guy has fun playing on his own.

    I've seen a user called "PvzH" I didn't know if that is the owner or hacker I didn't picture he used green shadow and used a hacked deck with much of admiral navy beans he/she used 99 admiral navy beans maybe I wasn't friend with that user I have no idea how do I report them any ideas if he/she is the owner or hacking? (This happened in ranked PvzH was at wooden league PvzH was tier/rank 1) (I didn't picture it wasn't in the mission it was In ranked)
