Do you link your accounto to Facebook or your EA email?
If you have done so, you need to restore with the backup of one of these two information.

I'm guessing you have to have it connected to EA or Facebook BEFORE this happens?

@CDorigion - You would have needed to sync the progress beforehand as mentioned above. It's not possible to recover the progress otherwise.

I do it too but I still can got it back. can you tell me how to got it back. you can see it with the picture that I attached. it's take it more hour but still the same nth happen.

Which devices are you playing on and what operating system?

I had previously logged on to a facebook account, but it is the EA account that is not syncing.
iPad and iPhone, both 10.2.1

Thank you @EA_Andy for your help, Now I can access it to the game. I play it with iPhone 5 and iPad Mini 4 both are in iOS 10.3 Beta. If i have any question I will contact you. Thank again.
