How Do I Transfer Characters

I unlocked almost all but a couple characters in garden warfare 1, however now they don't show up in garden warfare 2 as promised by Popcap ☹️ Does anyone know how to transfer the characters from GW1...

    Right inside the entrance to each base is a mailbox, check there and it'll tell you what you need to know.

Hi there!  My 9 year old son is doing his nut because I have my PS4 and Xbox 360 accounts linked across EA via Origin but there's nothing in the mailbox about transferring characters.  Please help before we have a major episode here!

I am having the same problem but I haven’t linked the account I don’t know how to do it

    @kroninflame As the EA reply above says, the deadline for transferring characters has passed and is no longer possible to do.
