If you're playing on the PC there's no direct support for a PS4 pad. However there is 3rd party software that can allow your PC to see a PS4 pad as an an Xbox controller, and the game should automatically detect any Xbox pads.
I haven't done this myself but perhaps the community can recommend a particular program. There are some posts on the matter from the subreddit here:
