How do you get ranked to Ultimate League?

I am ready to spend an experiment with you. You add me to the game and we will do 100 fights with a single deck. In the deck, only one card of each type. I do not have that kind of time lol.... I've had plenty of games feed me all expensive cards to start, re-rolled all 4 cards, and got the same to start.
That's when you learn to only have 6-8 expensive cards in your entire deck.
