How do you mute players?

Don't really care to hear all the languange and wife beating and whatnot. &nbsp;My kids most certainly don't need to hear it.

When in game go to the scoreboard and press triangle to Toggle Mute All Players.

I have the same issue. Is there any way on the PS3 to 'disable' chat instead of hitting mute each individual game. I know it can be done in the system settings of the Xbox. For a kids game, it's silly that EA don't have this as menu option.
