How does low rank get Toxic Brainz
I spend over 20mil coins for getting all character in-game, i was happy when i got them and then a rank 8 got Toxic Brainz, how does a low rank get a legendary characher when i work so hard for getti...

There are two viable possibilities here:
1.Legendary characters have an extremely low drop rate, yet not impossible since the loot is actually random. So basically, if the Gods are watching over you on that specific moment, you can get a legendary piece on any Pack you open. This has nothing to do with ranks, coins or any progression. Pure luck.
2. Hack (the game is fairly easy to hack, specially the Pc version)
that could be something if the Almost ever single Low rank i meet own him, people whoes friend got it say it was kinda bug, and is on all platform
If there's a bug to get him, I'd like to know what it is. Lol. I'm rank 3140 and still don't have any legendary character pieces
