How many tickets do you have altogether??
If you go to the descriptive information of the weekly events, at the bottom of the screen you can see the total amount of tickets you have gotten in the game. How many do you have? I go in 72 210.

@jaydabbler, thanks for your explanation!! I didn't know the tickets count stopped when you got the 4th copy of the event card.
If you have the maximum number of tickets possible, It means you have not bought any event cards with gems, have you? I have had to buy some with gems.
