I was able to get some kills on Rose in Herbal assault by going in as Paleontologist. Players are likely looking to get to the next graveyard than keep an eye on all the enemies coming towards you, so it is easier to get to mid-range where the dino blaster has slightly more effective than other weapons. Of course, remaining 11 Roses will vanquish you in the next second or two.
The key is definitely to be aggressive when playing against her. Don't sit back, if you have an ability to get close, use it. Close quarters is your best bet.
