How to get rid of ppl going AFK mid game?

I got autokicked yesterday for being afk.
But I don't know after how many seconds/minutes.
Ok, well this sure went on for quite a while. We were doing a bossrun and this cactus just stood there in the same spot doing nothing. He had 8 kills the whole fight. He didnt move an inch.
He kept getting himself killed and eventually we stoped rezzing him. I dont know if the afk-tag stopes when you get killed or how it works really. We really could have needed his help. So an autokick would have been nice to get a new player in.
