How to get Unicorn chomper back
I rented plants vs zombies gw2 from Redbox on 11/8/17 and when I finally purchased the game on my PS4 I saw that I didn't have my unicorn chomper anymore when u purchase it, I used the in-game currency from the rose, corn, Citron missions to get it out of the sticker shop for 150,000 coins but not it's not here, I tried getting help like trouble shooting my PS4 restoring the licenses, deleting the game and redownloading it but it's STILL not here. I contacted EA support but they won't help saying they don't have access to it anymore even though I did pay for it and they won't even help. Like they scammed me won't give me the character or the 150,000 coins back
Like I legit have 4hours of playtime 553 vanquishes and 23,288XP earned even have it at level 10 but I can't play as it in my battle grounds area at all even tho I did purchase it and all the support at EA say they "can't help" when they can but are too lazy to
Well I contacted EA Support and they are saying they can't help me because EA doesn't recommend their players to rent games because the save data or purchases won't stay linked to your account once you return it so I got scammed out of a character and out of 150,000 coins yay me.
