I bought 200,000 coins for PVZ on PSN but won't show up

Hello. I recently purchase a 200,000 coin pack for PVZ on PSN. However; When I started Pvz I had not received the 200,000 coins. I tried to restart, restore etc. But to no avail, please help me I just...

I purchased 200,000 PvZ coins for 9.99$ On 12-12-14 and have yet to receive them I tried asking playstation about how do I go on receiving the coins but after trying many of their solutions I have yet to solve the problem which led me to ask ea. I have been charged the money but I have not received the coins, is there anyway I can get the coins or my money back for my inconvenience?
