I was just checking to make sure that you had Windows 10 or higher installed, because if you didn’t you would not be able to play the game. You may need to try giving your computer a restart or logging out of your steam account, then log back into it. If none of these options work, try contacting EA about this issue, using this website: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=plants-vs-zombies-battle-for-neighborville&community=true.

I went their yesterday and tried to get answers they said that it was a steam issue and I had to contact them. Yet there was no steam support for this game. just sources to EA and popcap. but ill try again on monday. thanks for responding.

@DSkDDarkKyleBest Hi, if you go to the listed location (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\PVZ Battle for Neighborville), can you grab a screenshot of what that folder looks like? If there's a PVZ Battle for Neighborville app there, what happens if you try to launch it manually?
Another thing you could try is to start typing the game name ("PVZ Battle for Neighborville", as above) into your Windows Search, and launch the app from there if it populates.
