I can’t play Plants vs Zombies battle for neighborhood online using my Nintendo

I tried all the different methods that EA suggested, and I even tried doing the synchronize clock via Internet thing like people suggested.  My Nintendo Switch online subscription is not expired and ...

@plAyeR_ACE_007 Thank you for your reply. Was your Nintendo account linked to a previous EA account, and was unlinked recently ?

Yes. It was previously on a different Nintendo account but I switch it. Is that why I can’t play online?
