I can’t play online

Can someone help me?

I can’t play ranked or casual and I have tried it with the plants team and even with the zombies.I unstall the app 2 times and reconnected to my account and I still can’t play online.Pls fixe it or otherwise if it’s happening only to me can someone tell me what to do?????
