I can't create decks

I can't create decks. Either the deck creation screen doesn't open or I can't get out of it. "Finish for me" doesn't work either.

  • I would say, make sure you have your account linked to something. Either EA, Google, whatever... then uninstall, reinstall, log in and try again.

If that doesn't work, there's always the crappy support ticket option.
  • I have the same problem.  I think there's just a limit to how many decks you can create.

    There is a 100 deck limit (50 plants/50 zombies).

it's pretty annoying that they don't tell you about the limit, and that they let you start creating another deck that you won't be able to save.

If there's 10 heroes per side and only 50 decks per side, then that means at most, 5 decks per hero.

As someone that typically makes 5-7 decks per hero, this is disappointing news.

You have the 2 major-tribe based Combo decks for that hero (Example: Green Shadow has Pea and Bean decks), then you have Aggro and Control decks.  Then, depending on the hero, you have Tempo, Ramp, and Midrange decks.  Then, in addition to all this, certain classes have even more Combo-based deck types.  Smarty has Freeze, Beaslty has Gargantuar, Kabloom has Berry, ect.  So that's about 6 decks per hero, yet the limit is 5.  Seems legit.

Yes, it is very annoying. I have to regularly delete decks.

But even more annoying than the limit, is that the game doesn't tell you there is a max, and gives you no warning when you try to create another deck.

And when you start that new deck that you can never finish, the game doesn't let you back out. You have to force quit the app.

Maybe you can pass this on @EA_Andy. Thanks.

No, you don't.  You just have to get rid of all of the cards in the deck and then you can exit out.

True, but pointless, since you can't keep the deck you just tried to make anyway.

It is much much faster to just quit the app.
