Do you have any overlay running when you see this issue? The best thing to do is ensure that you turn off all overlays and then try again.

@EA_Darkoboth windows 10 and origin overlay turn on when the game starts
i can press shift+F1 to bring up the origin overlay, but i can't click on anything in the overlay
i also have xbox gamebar for some reason

Hey @Tommytherock1 can you try disabling all the overlays you have and then launch the game again?

This issue is generally either caused by a USB device being left in or an overlay but let's take a look at your system to be safe.
