A laptop is a dead end. Replace that entirely. A desktop can be upgraded, and since this game has moderate requirements, the card won't be particularly expensive, and may not require the usual matching upgraded power supply.

Windows 10 cannot turn a church mouse into a Pit Bull Terrier. What makes you think it's worth being a Microsoft Guinea Pig?

This is the short answer.
You need up upgrade two a dedicated GPU. Either AMD or NVIDIA. I'm an NVIDIA user myself so would always recommend but can't go too far wrong with either. You're Intel HD Graphics is "onboard" and built into your motherboard, it is not adequate in playing this game and no software upgrading will change this small fact.
EA "may" discount you but essentially, you should of read the minimum requirements before buying and downloading this game.
