I can't play PvZ Heroes on my Sony Xperia XZ

I can't play game PvZ Heroes on my own device: Sony Xperia XZ although I have updated many times, but the game is still crashing when starting a screen play... I need help because this game is very go...

Yes, they have confirmed their game is incompatible with Sony Xperia XZ. I have my ticket since 7th of December.

Where can I get such a ticket? 
Every problem can be solved ... and I'm kind of angry, that they won't work on this problem at least for over three months!!
