I can't see people!

Hi, i bought this game long ago and it has been working fine (the only thing is that it lags down to 15 fps on full screen) but resently i havent benn able to see people and it getting to the point w...

    The minimum graphics is based on the desktop GPU, not any kind of laptop solution (since there is no known standard for laptop video), ATI Radeon HD 5750, and that one of yours is way on down below that:

where can i find the grahpics solution?

Processor: AMD A8-6500 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 3.50 GHz

8.00 GB RAM

64 bit computer

AMD Radeon HD 8570D
