I couldn't start the game Plants vs. Zombies:Battle for Neighborville

every time I start the game, it'll crashed and says Dumping started Dumping finished.Here is the crash dump file pictures

    I found a solution to fix the problem.

    1. Go to the EA Games\PVZ Battle for Neighbor Ville\__Installer\EA AntiCheat folder.
    2. Launch EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe
    3. Select Battlefield 2024 and click Install.
    4. After installation, click "Update".
    5. The program will restart.
    6. When the program opens, select the game PVZ Battle for Neighborville. Then click Install.
    7. After installation, click "Repair" and specify the folder with the game PVZ Battle for Neighborville.
    8. Done!

    I followed all your steps but on the update part there was an error listed as: DownloadUpdate failed error 12002:213 do you know if you could help me with this at all?
